We accept cash, check, bank transfer, and all major credit cards.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due when the project is complete.
How is pricing determined?
All pricing is quoted on a per-order basis and customized based on your specific project.
For safari clients, we typically ask for a list of animals you have hunted or plan to hunt and provide pricing based on the animals and mount styles requested.
Where are you located?
Safari Life Taxidermy is located just outside of Boerne, Texas and operates as a private studio.
Visits are by appointment only, allowing us to provide a more personal and focused experience for each client.
What are the most common mount positions?

What is your turnaround time?
Typical turnaround time is approximately six to eight months once your deposit and mount directions are received.
Estimated timelines:
- African Game: approximately 4–8 months from the time your deposit and mount instructions are finalized.
- North American Game: approximately 4–6 months from the time your deposit and mount instructions are finalized.
Turnaround times may vary slightly depending on the time of year order is received, size of order, complexity of the order.
